Our Story

The Red Velvet Cupcake Factory began as a quiet experiment in a home kitchen — a search for the perfect crumb, the ideal balance of sweet and tang, the kind of cupcake that makes someone stop mid-bite and think, "I need to remember this recipe."
Today, we bake from our bakery on Wrightsboro Road in Augusta, where every batch is made by hand using real ingredients: European butter, pure vanilla, fresh eggs, and the finest cocoa. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just honest, careful baking.
